As a child, while reading stories, an image formed in my mind that still returns to me often. Water, as something that sustains life and as one of the sources of happiness, played an important role in the story of the King and Queen. In their world, water became a symbol of life, beauty and happiness. Years later, that childhood image found its way into the photographs I create of wedding rings.
For this reason, I especially like to combine ring photographs with water and distinctive lighting. Over the years, these images have gradually become part of my visual signature, and today I create them at almost every wedding. I experimented and planned for a long time before finding the technical solutions that allow me to turn these ideas into photographs the way I imagine them. I also gathered the props, lights and equipment I need, so I can now create these unique wedding detail photographs calmly and with a clear plan.
At the beginning of every wedding shoot, I photograph the rings, invitation, bridal bouquet and other important details of the day. These small objects later become an important part of the wedding story and complement the major moments beautifully in the album. I usually set aside 15–20 minutes for these detail photographs. When photographing weddings in Târgu Mureș and Mureș County, I want these personal objects to appear not simply as accessories, but as meaningful parts of the couple’s story.
